Entry door oval glass trim replacement

Hi - I am trying to find a replacement trim piece, or frame that holds the oval glass in place on my front door. It is plastic, and pieces inside are broken and it will no longer screw together. It measures roughly 22.5 x 59.5. Any ideas? Thanks!
