So my energy star rated dehu purchased from home depot removes 70ppd and consumer 7amps at 120v.
My friend has a large industrial dehu in his basement that isnt energy star rated, it removes 160ppd yet consumes about the same power, around 7 amps at 120v.
How is it that commericial units are so much more efficient?
The thing is a beast, proly about 100lbs
