I own a home in SC that had mold present on the crawl space floor joists when i bought it 7 years ago. I put down a vapor barrier, which, along with vent maintenance, seemed to keep it at bay. Well, 2020 came and i did not open the vents like i should have, and i now seem to have more mold than i used to.
