Replace can lighting in 18’ ceiling

Hey, I have a room with 18’ ceilings. My LED floods are starting to burn out. Due to placement an extension ladder won’t work. I can’t find any friends with a tall step ladder and Home Depot doesn’t rent ones that tall. Any ideas?

To be clear these LED floods are not screw in bulbs.
