Hello All,
My son has cracked a window in his bedroom. It is an Anderson Silverline window (ive attached a picture of the sticker if that helps). The nonsliding part of the window is the piece that needs to be repalced. My questions are:
1) Can this piece be replaced or does the whole window need to be replaced?
2) If the answer to 1 is yes, then how do I remove this piece? I've posted pictures of clips on top and bottom that i thought would pop out and free the window but I couldnt get...
