My walk-in pantry is completely lined with metal screen/mesh. It was intended to keep mice out. It worked well for a couple decades but at some point some gaps in the wood of the ceiling got larger (don't know if it was from settling or if the mice helped it along). The mice ended up chewing through the metal wires and have taken over the pantry. I need to find the best/easiest way to plug the holes (they haven't chewed through the mesh over one of the holes) and patch it up. I know they can...
