24V Short... Continuity | RIDGID Forum | Plumbing, Woodworking and Power Tools - HVAC Discussion

Hi All,
Trying to track down a short on the low voltage side of a Goodman air handler/heatpump system, and trying to figure out where continuity is, and isn't, normal.
Obviously, with control wires completely disconnected from everything, there should be no continuity between any two wires.
What about when the control wires are connected to the control boards? With no power, should there be continuity anywhere?
What are the general guidelines for continuity when there is no power applied?
